♥ When are orders shipped out?
We ship our delicious bread on Mondays and Wednesdays. This ensures that you will receive your bread fresh and in a timely manner.
♥ How long until I receive my order?
Regular ground shipping usually arrives within 2-3 days, but faster shipping is available
♥ What is the shelf life? (freeze/refrigerate)
Since we do not use preservatives, our shelf life is between 8-10 days. You can extend the shelf life by refrigerating or even freezing your bread. It thaws well and is still delicious.
♥ Is Heartland really preservative free?
Yes, we refuse to use any preservatives!
♥ Why does Heartland Bread taste so good?
Our bread is made the old fashioned way, with only the freshest and natural ingredients. Every loaf is individually sliced and packaged. Taste why preservative, clean, natural bread is so delicious.
♥ Why are your loaves so heavy?
Since we do not use preservatives or artificial flavors, our bread does not have air pockets created by mass produced cheap bread. As a result, you get an honest wholesome artisanal quality bread that holds moisture and tastes unlike any other store bought shelf bread.
♥ Do you supply to restaurants, wholesale or deli's?
Yes, we offer a wholesale program to partner with some of your favorite restaurants and deli’s. Please contact us if you would like to save money and offer your customers a superior fresh product.
♥ Do you offer free shipping?

♥ Are you a real independent bakery?
Yes! Beware of “fakeries”. These are nothing more than marketing companies with catchy slogans that literally have never baked a loaf of bread in their life. They simply outsource their product to other bakeries and slap a fancy label on their product. Our bakery is located in Dallas, Texas and has been baking delicious natural bread since 1994.
